A Free Community Event to Help West Auckland Families Build Financial Wellbeing
Auckland, New Zealand – Ngā Tāngata Microfinance Trust and Henderson Budget Service are proud to announce the “Together for Our Community – Get Help. Get Sorted – Money Month Community Day”, a free family-friendly event taking place on Saturday, 8 August, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Te Pae o Kura, Sunnyvale.
As part of Sorted Money Month by A3 Poster Money Month, the event aims to bring the community together to access free financial guidance, connect with local support services, and enjoy a fun afternoon of activities for the whole family.
The Community Day has been designed to make financial support welcoming, accessible, and engaging. Attendees will have the opportunity to speak with experienced Financial Mentors from Henderson Budget Service, learn about practical money management, and discover the services available through Ngā Tāngata Microfinance.

Vijay Farley-Naiker, General Manager of Ngā Tāngata Microfinance Trust, said the event reflects the importance of working together to strengthen communities.
